Common questions about ordering Japanese trading cards from GOEN Trading.

Are these cards authentic?

Yes. Every card is sourced directly in Japan and inspected before listing. PSA-graded cards are graded by PSA; the certification number shown on the listing can be verified directly on PSA's website.

Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?

All orders ship from Osaka, Japan via FedEx. International delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on your country and customs processing.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly, depending on your country's import regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the listed price.

How do I pay?

We currently accept payment via Wise bank transfer. After checkout, you will receive payment instructions by email. Your order is confirmed once we verify the payment has arrived.

What condition are the cards in?

PSA-graded cards are exactly as graded and sealed in their PSA holder. For other items, we describe condition as accurately as possible in the listing; feel free to contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific item.

Can I buy more than one certified copy of the same card?

Yes. On product pages where multiple certified copies are in stock, you can select the specific certification number(s) you want and add several to your cart at once.

A Booster Box I want shows "Contact Us" instead of a price. What does that mean?

That doesn't necessarily mean it's out of stock. If you let us know how many boxes or cartons you need, we may be able to source it for you in Japan. Please reach out via our Contact page and we'll let you know availability and pricing.

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, shipping damage, etc.) and we will work with you to make it right. Because graded cards and sealed products are high-value collectibles, please review listings carefully before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will provide a FedEx tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door.
